House in Dubai (Jumeirah)
The residence in Jumeirah, Dubai is conceived as a refined contemporary home within one of the city’s most prestigious coastal districts. The design responds to the intense light and climate of the Gulf through a clear architectural language of mass, shadow, and openness. The house is organised around a sequence of calm interior spaces that extend towards shaded terraces and framed outdoor views. Large openings are carefully positioned to control light and privacy, while deep overhangs and recessed volumes create thermal comfort. Materiality is restrained and tactile, reinforcing a sense of permanence and clarity within the dense urban landscape of Jumeirah.
