Home renovation in Coxos, Ericeira

Many of the homes purchased in the area were built in the early 2000s and, despite their relatively recent construction, often require extensive renovation to meet contemporary standards. This project is a clear example of how thoughtful design can transform an existing house. The basement, previously used primarily for storage, was reimagined as a functional garage incorporating a dedicated laundry room and a music studio. On the ground floor, the living area was extended to create a private office and studio space, while the kitchen was relocated to improve the overall flow and relationship between the living spaces.
